Reports

  • Supplied with a set of 10 pre-defined core reports and others available on request.  The E log will provide summary and collated information from the message information received from the terminals.
  • Ability to export report data into MS excel spreadsheet.
  • Ability to configure reports to view required data.
  • Ability to view historical data easily using drop-down menu for:
  • Last Day, 7 days, 30 days & 90 days.

Temperature Report

We have our internal control system, by which we are updated of all the frozen cargo temperature to the customer twice a day. This is one of the important report to ensure that frozen items are in safe condition.

Incident Report

As Southern region is declared dangerous zone of the Country, and convoys are always under the threat. All incidents, including small arms fire (SAF), improvised explosive devices (IED), vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED), or complex attacks (any combination of SAF, IED, or VBIED) are properly documented and reported immediately to the customer.  Follow-up reports are also the part of our procedures format within 24hrs of the incident.  In incident reports, we clearly mention the location of incident, injury, damages human loss, assets loss etc.

Assets Damage Report and Personnel Injury Report (PIR)

During 24 hours operation it is very important to get updatedstatus and backup support, for KLT, customers’ cargo is most important but incase of any attack we immediately inform to our customer, ANA and ANPand arrange for back support. For personnel Injury we inform the following to our customer;

  • Full name of the employee
  • Employee Identification Number
  • Date and location of the accident
  • Medical care was provided
  • Nature of the injury treated
  • Hospitalization: Yes or No
  • TAZKIRA Number

Situation Reporting

  • We inform to our customer for any delay during the mission.
